IT Laboratories with the latest hardware, licensed software, and open-source tools provide students with hands-on exposure to programming, data structures, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, web technologies, and software engineering. The university offers a centralized computing and Wi-Fi-enabled campus that supports academic activities, research work, and collaborative projects. A well-stocked central library with access to national and international journals, e-books, databases, and research repositories further strengthens learning and research initiatives. In addition, modern seminar halls, auditoriums, innovation and incubation facilities, student activity centers, sports amenities, and hostel accommodations contribute to a holistic and industry-oriented academic environment for IT students.
Logical Simulator Tool
This software is used to conduct experiments which are complex and need merging of hardware. Students will be able to visualize the theoretical concepts with the help of simulator.
Printed Lab Manuals
Printed lab manuals are provided to students to help them in understanding and conducting the experiments with ease the lab manuals are printed in such a way to fulfil all the requirements of outcome based education.
NPTEL Server Facility
To assist the teaching learning process lecture material (web based/Video) of eminent Professors from various institutes are provided to students.
Classroom
Department has spacious class rooms with adequate seating capacity. The classrooms for the Computer Science and Information Technology programs are designed to provide a conducive and technology-enabled learning environment.
Each classroom is spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with modern teaching aids such as LCD projectors, smart boards, high-speed internet connectivity, and audio-visual systems to support interactive and effective teaching–learning processes. The seating arrangement ensures comfort and visibility, encouraging student engagement and collaborative learning. These classrooms facilitate the delivery of both theoretical concepts and practical demonstrations, enabling students to develop strong foundational knowledge and industry-relevant skills in computer science and information technology.
Department Library
The department has well maintained library with more than 350 books. The previous year’s project reports, synopsis, industrial training reports and seminar reports are available in the department library. Library is kept open from 9:00 AM to 4:45 PM on all working days (Mon-Fri), and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on (Saturday).
