The Department of Civil Engineering was established in 2007 with a focus on imparting professional skills and knowledge, enabling graduates to serve society with ethics and responsibility. It delivers quality education aligned with technological advancements and industry needs, supported by highly qualified faculty members with rich industrial experience.Regular field visits to construction sites and projects are organized to expose students to real-world challenges in project development and management. The department has strong ties with the Indian Concrete Institute (ICI - Western UP Centre, Ghaziabad), facilitating workshops, conferences, and seminars. Faculty members actively publish research papers in national and international journals and conferences, while the department regularly conducts development programs, workshops, and technical activities. Industry interaction is maintained through MOUs, internships, and visits, complemented by the student-led Association of Civil Engineers (ACE) that promotes innovation and research. Students consistently achieve university ranks, excel in competitive exams, and secure placements with assistance from the Training and Placement division. Alumni hold prominent positions in reputed companies. Committed to innovation in a rapidly evolving field, the department continues to produce high-quality civil engineering graduates.
