The College of Pharmacy, JSS University Noida is equipped with well-designed, modern classrooms that support effective teaching–learning processes in accordance with PCI and university norms. The classrooms are spacious, well-ventilated, AC facility and ergonomically designed to ensure a comfortable and conducive academic environment for students.

About Section

All classrooms are equipped with LCD projectors, smart boards, audio–visual systems, and high-speed internet connectivity to facilitate interactive and blended learning. These facilities support the use of multimedia presentations, virtual simulations, online resources, and real-time demonstrations, enhancing conceptual understanding in pharmaceutical sciences.

The seating arrangement is planned to encourage student engagement, group discussions, and collaborative learning. Adequate lighting and acoustics are maintained to ensure clear visibility and audibility during lectures and seminars. Power backup systems are in place to ensure uninterrupted academic activities.

The dedicated boardroom for guest lectures, seminars, tutorials, and value-added courses conducted by industry experts, academicians, and researchers. Regular maintenance and upgrading of infrastructure ensure alignment with evolving educational technologies and regulatory requirements.

Library & E-Resources

Library and Information Centre supports the Educational and Research objectives of the institute, it provides information in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences, along with Basic Science, Humanities, Management and related fields. The library aims to develop a comprehensive collection of books, journals e-books, and e-journals useful for the faculty, students and research community of the academy. The Library and Information Centre is fully automated with RFID enabled circulation system with air-conditioned space.

The Library has good collection of books, journals, reports and dissertation. Library is subscribing printed journals/magazines, and it has ten online full text databases of Science Direct, Springer, EBSCO, Emerald, Pearson, Cambridge Core, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, New Age International, Sage Publication e-books & e-journals under Dr. APJ AKTU Nalanda e-consortium provided for the benefit of the faculty and research community. E-resources can be accessed within the campus or outside campus through My-Loft application. Library is automated using KOHA software with access through web, having own library portal.

Hostel

JSS University Noida offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls on-campus, with a total capacity of around 700 rooms for boys and 700 for girls. Amenities include Wi-Fi, 24/7 internet in rooms, common rooms with TVs, gyms, and recreational facilities. Each hostel has its own mess, and the campus also has an air-conditioned library, though some other facilities may have AC as well.

Rules and management

  • Hostel rules are supervised by a hostel committee that addresses resident issues.
  • The curfew for the hostel is 8:30 PM.
  • Hostel allotment is done on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

Medical Facility

JSS University Noida has a fully functional Primary Health Centre (PHC) located in the amenity center block on the campus.

The PHC at the JSSATE Noida campus offers several medical facilities:
  • Services: Emergency aid, primary day care admissions, OPD consultations, dressing, and counselling.
  • Staff: A doctor and nursing staff are available daily from 9 am to 6 pm.
  • Medication: Essential medicines like analgesics and antipyretics are provided.
  • Emergency Transport: The centre has a transport (on-call) facility to transfer patients to advanced medical centres for further treatment if needed.

Sports & Recreation

JSS University Noida emphasizes the importance of sports for student development and provides facilities for various activities like basketball, badminton, football, cricket, and yoga, often with specialized teachers and coaches.

Herbal Garden (Medicinal Plant Garden)

College is maintaining herbal garden within the campus with more than 50 species of important medicinal and aromatic plants, to carry out experimental work. It serves an important tool for teaching and research, to preserve and promote the medicinal values of the plants. Herbal garden is a place where students get exposure to various medicinal plants and get knowledge about their useful effects including their source, botanical names, cultivation techniques and their constituents etc.

Pharma Museum

College has a well maintained museum in the institute. The theme of the museum is to show some sort of historical development in various processes of pharmacy, Drug storage containers, Proprietary (brand name) medicines, Models and charts, Herberium Sheets containing medicinal & aromatic plant specimens.
