The Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) offers specialized expertise in power systems, electrical machines & drives, power electronics, and VLSI design. The curriculum is further enriched with signal processing and advanced communication systems. The department maintains MoUs with CARES Renewable Energy, Emerson, and NASSCOM for industry-oriented skill development. Students benefit from hands-on learning through well-equipped and advanced laboratories. Active student societies like SEED and ISA foster technical, professional, and leadership development. The department encourages innovation through workshops, seminars, and industry interactions. It actively promotes interdisciplinary research and development activities. Key R&D domains include VLSI, antenna design, smart grids, power electronics, and image processing. The department is committed to producing industry-ready engineers with strong research and innovation capabilities.
The department has a highly qualified faculty, holding a doctorate degree, while the rest are pursuing Ph.D. degrees from reputed universities. The Department has Professional Society Student Chapter of International Society of Automation (ISA) and a student forum called "SEED".
