The Department of English, JSSATE Noida, organized an Essay Writing Competition on 13th September 2025 at AB-5, Basement 02, as part of the 110th Jayanthi Celebrations of Srimanmaharaja Rajaguruthilaka His Holiness Jagadguru Dr. Shivaratri Rajendra Mahaswamiji. The event was conducted under the guidance of the Department of English. First-year students participated enthusiastically, expressing thoughtful perspectives on the topics “Creativity and Critical Thinking: The Engineer’s Hidden Strengths” and “Beyond the Code: The Importance of Communication and Collaboration in Engineering Success.” The competition encouraged students to reflect on the humanistic and collaborative dimensions of engineering. The submitted essays showcased originality, clarity, and strong analytical abilities. Winners were awarded for their exceptional work, and all participants received e-certificates in recognition of their efforts. Overall, the event successfully promoted critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication among students, adding meaningful value to the Jayanthi Celebrations.
