I am currently working as an Assistant Professor of English at JSS University, Noida. I am a postgraduate in English and a twice UGC-NET qualified academician, committed to fostering an engaging and student-centered learning environment. I am skilled in handling diverse classrooms and guiding students with patience and clarity to support their academic and personal growth. I teach subjects including English for Technical Communication, Professional Communication, and Value Education, with a focus on developing students’ language proficiency, ethical understanding, and overall personality. I emphasize the development of critical thinking, analytical abilities, and effective communication skills through interactive and well-structured teaching methods. I am dedicated to mentoring students, enhancing their confidence and presentation abilities, and creating an inclusive environment that promotes holistic development and meaningful learning outcomes.

Teaching
- I have 6 months of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor of English, during which I have taught undergraduate students and developed effective classroom management and teaching skills. I am currently working as an Assistant Professor of English at JSS University, Noida, where I teach English for Technical Communication, Professional Communication, and Value Education. I focus on enhancing students’ language proficiency, communication skills, and critical thinking through interactive and student-centered teaching methods.
- Previously, I worked as an Assistant Professor of English at Avviare Educational Hub, Noida, where I taught subjects such as British & American Drama, English Prose, Writing Skills, and Professional Communication. I designed lesson plans, conducted engaging sessions, and guided students in improving their LSRW skills and presentation abilities.
- I also gained teaching exposure as a Volunteer Teacher during my M.A. program and completed school teaching training as part of my B.Ed curriculum, which helped me understand classroom practices and student engagement at different levels.

Research
- My research focuses on themes of self-identity, mental health, and gender studies in literature. I completed my postgraduate dissertation titled “Search for Self-Identity and Importance of Mental Health in ‘The Yellow Wallpaper’”, where I applied feminist and psychoanalytic approaches to analyze the text. The study highlights the relationship between gender roles, psychological well-being, and societal constraints.
- To strengthen my research aptitude, I have completed the SWAYAM-NPTEL course on Feminist Writings, which enhanced my understanding of literary theory and critical analysis. I have also participated in workshops on Research Methodology and Language and Linguistics, which contributed to developing my analytical and research skills.
