Ms. Jyothi Chandrakantha Nagavi is an Assistant Professor in the area of Environmental Engineering at JSS University, Noida, UP. She received her Bachelor’s as well as Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysuru under VTU, Belagavi, Karnataka. Currently she is pursuing PhD from VTU, Belagavi in the field of Environmental Engineering. She carries 1.5 years of industry experience along with 5 years of teaching experience. She has 4 Scopus Indexed papers, 2 published patents and 1 granted patent to her credit.

- Secured 2nd rank in Karnataka Public Service Commission Examinations conducted by Karnataka State Government, India, 2005, for post of Environmental Engineer in Department of Municipal Administration.
- Guided a students’ project titled Water Characterization and Sediment Analysis of Kalkere Lake which was selected for sponsorship for Student Project Programme: 42nd Series, by Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology (KSCST) in the year 2019.
