DR. GAZANFAR AHMAD
Associate ProfessorProfile
Dr. Gazanfar Ahmad is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the College of Pharmacy, JSS University, Noida. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and has over ten years of teaching, research, and academic experience in pharmaceutical education. His core expertise lies in Pharmaceutical and Natural product chemistry, with special emphasis on chromatographic isolation, semi-synthetic chemical modification, and structural characterization of bioactive molecules using advanced spectroscopic and spectrometric techniques. His research work has resulted in multiple publications in reputed national and international journals, particularly in the areas of anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and Semisynthetic modification of Bioactive natural products. He is the State Vice-President of the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI), Jammu & Kashmir, a member of various Boards of Studies.
