Dr. Sur Singh Rawat is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AIML) at JSS University, Noida, with over 18 years of academic and research experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer science and Engineering from Uttrakhand Technical University Dehradun, Uttrakhand with specialization in Infrared Image processing. His research spans, developing algorithms for small target detection using Infrared Images, Medical Image analysis. Dr. Rawat has published multiple research articles in reputed SCI and Scopus journals and scopus indexed IEEE and springer conferences and has several patents filed in domains including Smart car parking system, precise detection methodology for small object using Infrared Images. He has guided one PhD scholar and numerous B. Tech,Mtech projects and actively contributes to academic development by attending and organizing workshops, FDPs, and expert interaction programs.
