Dr. Pratima has been serving in JSS Institutions since August 9, 2010. She holds Ph.D. in Physics with specialization in Plasmonics from Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, M.Phil. in Energy from Rajasthan University and M.Sc. Physics with specialization in Microwave Electronics from Bikaner University, Rajasthan and alsoUGC-NET qualified. With over 15 years of teaching and 11 years of research experience, she has contributed extensively to undergraduate and postgraduate education. Her research interests include plasmonics, nanophotonics, and optical energy conversion. She has published 9 papers in Web of Science–indexed journals and presented several papers in nationaland international conferences. She is passionate about advancing solar energy materials and plasmon-enhanced energy transfer mechanisms. She actively mentors students in research and promotes interdisciplinary learning in Physics and materials science. She is also an innovator, holding a published Indian patent.
