Profile

Dr. Prashant is a Assistant Professor the Department of Electrical Engineering, JSS University, Noida India-201301. Dr. Prashant has more than 10 years experience of Teaching-Learning and Research & Development. He received his B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from UPTU, Lucknow. His M.Tech. is in Electrical Power System Management form Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He has been awarded Ph.D. in Application of Intelligent Techniques for Decision Making in Modern Power System Operation from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. His areas of interests are Power System Operations, Control and Management, Restructuring and Deregulation of Power System and Power System Optimization , Congestion Management, Integration of Renewable and Sustainable Energy systems, Electric Vehicles and Application of Artificial Intelligent Techniques like Genetic Algorithm, Artificial Neural Network , Fuzzy Logic etc. in Power System Operations. He has published several research papers in national and international journals of repute. He has collaborations in several national and foreign educational institutions. He has been awarded Charted Engineer from Institution of Engineers (India) & has Life Membership in Institution of Engineers (INDIA).
