Dr. Monalisa Pandey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at JSS University, Noida. She holds a Ph.D. in VLSI Design from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, with M.Tech. and B.Tech. degrees in ECE from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. Her research interests include radiation tolerant circuits, memory design for deep space applications, low-power VLSI, and advanced device-level reliability techniques. She has authored multiple SCI-indexed journal papers, international conference publications, and book chapters. Her technical expertise includes HSPICE, MATLAB, and Sentaurus, and she actively participates in national workshops and training programs in the field of VLSI and microelectronics.
