Dr. Ashima Srivastava has been associated with the JSS group of institutions since August 1, 2007. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, under the UGC-SAP Fellowship, and is a Gold Medalist (University Topper) in M.Sc. Chemistry. With over 22 years of academic and 25 years of research experience, she has contributed extensively to undergraduate and postgraduate education. Her research focuses on wastewater treatment, microbial fuel cells, nanotechnology, green chemistry, synthetic organic chemistry. She has published 20 research papers in SCI/ Web of Science/Scopus–indexed journals, 3 book chapters (Springer/Elsevier), and authored several textbooks in Engineering Chemistry. Dr. Srivastava is the Principal Investigator of a DSIR-sponsored project on “Development of Women Entrepreneurship for Low-Cost Sanitary Napkin Production”, emphasizing sustainable community development. She is a lifetime member of the Indian Science Congress, ISAS-Delhi Chapter, and Green Chemistry Network (Delhi Chapter).
