Dr. Amit Kumar Ahuja is a Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida. With over 24 years of academic and research experience, he has held several key institutional roles at different places. His expertise spans communication systems, digital signal processing, IoT-based intelligent systems, green technologies in wireless and wired communication systems etc. He has published 17 research papers including 6 SCI-indexed, 2 Scopus Indexed, contributed to 4 Scopus book chapters, presented 8 papers in international conferences. Dr. Ahuja holds 11 IPRs (granted patents) and his inventions have featured in various Digital and Print Media. He was able to fetch the grants worth 58 Lakhs from different sources. He has guided 10 scholars for PG thesis. He is working as convener of Institution Innovation Council (IIC) helping students to leverage the Innovation and Start-up ecosystem existing at JSS, Noida. Currently he is handling CST-UP funded research project which integrates AI and IoT for healthcare, with special focus on stress detection and reduction for elderly care systems.
